Zum Abschluss der 1. Europäischen Sommeruniversität "Kulturen & Technologien" fand am Freitag, den 31.07.2009 von 16:15-17:45 im Hörsaal 2010 im GWZ eine öffentliche Podiumsdiskussion statt zum Thema „Digital Humanities – New Questions? New Synergies?“
