Hoysted, Elaine

Elaine Hoysted was awarded a BA and MPhil in the History of Art from Univeristy College Cork, where she is currently enrolled as a doctoral candidate in the same discipline. She is also an assistant lecturer teaching a course entitled ‘European Art History’ at the Centre for Continuing Adult Education at the institution. Her main interest is Renaissance cultural history, particularly the representation of women in Italian and Irish art.
