
Nyhan, Julianne
Julianne Nyhan is a Lecturer in Digital Information Studies in UCL's Department of Information Studies and a member of UCL Centre for Digital Humanities. Her research interests include the design and use of metadata languages in the Humanities and the history of computing in the Humanities. From 2009-2011 she was a member of the technical council of the Text Encoding Initiative and since 2008 has been book reviews editor of Interdisciplinary Science Reviews. She has published in the leading Digital Humanities journals and, most recently, co-authored a European Science Foundation Science Policy paper on the role of research infrastructures in Digital Humanities.
