Evening and night life locations

Barfuß-Gässchen

In the very center of Leipzig, close to the market place, you find the „Barfuß-Gässchen“, where tourists and residents have a drink in the evening. The Barfuß-Gässchen a narrow lane, where bars and pubs are arranged side by side.

Gottschedstrasse

Not far away from St. Thomas Church and the theater of Leipzig you find the Gottschedstraße. In this street you find lots of bars, for example the Vodkaria, where you can taste one or some of the 600 different sorts of vodka.

Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse

Near the GWZ, the Karl-Liebknecht-Straße starts. This street offers a rich variety of bars, cafés and restaurants. You can also find there the area „Feinkost-Gelände“ with summer-theater, beer garden and individual shops. 

Karl-Heine-Strasse

In the west of Leipzig, you can discover the Karl-Heine-Straße with its bars and pubs, for example „Schaubühne Lindenfels“, „Dr. Seltsam“ or „Noch besser leben“. In the latter you can even enjoy concerts.
