Registration Terms

The registration of participation is binding.

If you have to cancel your registration, the following refund policy is applicable to ESU DH C & T:

There is a non-refundable portion of the participation fee of € 140,00. This portion of the fee cannot be reimbursed.

The rest of the participation fee is refunded as follows:

• If the notice of cancellation is received more than 14 working days before the start date: 100% of the refundable portion
• If the notice of cancellation is received 7 to 14 working days before the start date: 50% of the refundable portion
• If the notice of cancellation is received less than 7 working days before the start date: 0% of the refundable portion

The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

The program of the Summer University may be subject to changes. Payments will be refunded if the Summer University will have to be canceled and no substitute date can be found by the organizer. No compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred. We recommend that your travel insurance adequately covers last minute travel delays and disruption.
